A DETECTIVE'S ORDINARY DAY

I’ve gone to a restaurant dating with my girlfriend, Berenice Richards, this morning.  As usual, this day could never pass by without witnessing a crime.  This is just another normal day for someone like me who is working as a detective.
Well, this is how it goes.  A man named Roland Holmes had been killed.  How?  Food poisoning was the cause.  Moreover, he was holding the straw of the juice he was drinking on his right hand.  The analysis of the corpse had been released.  It said that there was no poison on the juice on he was drinking.  Also, his hands were free of poison.
Primarily, another origin could have been used to introduce the poison.
The killer had been caught for about one day.  How?  We gathered alibis from different witnesses.
Here:
-Alethea Crowns – I do not know that man.  I do not even remember if I’ve met him before.  *verified – She is just there because she is supposed to meet her big brother.
-Reynald Holmes – Why would I kill my own brother?  I’m so insane if I do that.  *unverified – We made a body search and found tablets of poison on his pocket.
-Arnvid Crowns – Yes, I am really a butler of their family but I would never kill my own master.  *unverified – We also made a body search and detected poison powder on his hands.
Both Berenice and I deduced the same things.

Now it’s up to you to know.  Who could have been the killer?  Where did he put the poison?
For all detectives, I live this mystery to you.
